2004 Grass Carp DeliveryOn September 25, 2004 we took delivery of 250 new grass carp from our supplier, Todd Bobowick of Rowledge Pond Aquaculture. The fish were netted by Todd and released into the lake from the Rita Road and Bennett's Farm beach areas. We hope to see some improvement in the condition of the lake this summer as these herbivores eat the nuisance aquatic weeds that grow in the lake. Total expenditure for the 250 fish was $3,800.
